Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients (serves 1-2):

This a great healthy snack that satisfies cravings, blasts fat, enhances skin, shines hair and releases brain chemicals like dopamine that make you happy, happy, happy!


  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder(raw version of cocoa powder)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk -canned
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 5 drops vanilla stevia
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • Optional extras: toasted sliced almonds, chia seeds, coconut flakes or  cocoa nibs.


  • Throw everything in a high speed blender (I love my vita mix). Blend on high for 30-60 seconds. Scrape down sides and blend until smooth. Eat every last morsel! Ok, maybe you can share – one bite. ;p
