Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Ingredients (serves 1-2):
This a great healthy snack that satisfies cravings, blasts fat, enhances skin, shines hair and releases brain chemicals like dopamine that make you happy, happy, happy!
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder(raw version of cocoa powder)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk -canned
- 2 tsp raw honey
- 5 drops vanilla stevia
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- Optional extras: toasted sliced almonds, chia seeds, coconut flakes or cocoa nibs.
- Throw everything in a high speed blender (I love my vita mix). Blend on high for 30-60 seconds. Scrape down sides and blend until smooth. Eat every last morsel! Ok, maybe you can share – one bite. ;p
