Digestion, Skin-saver Green Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup papaya
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 carrot (1/2 cup)
  • 1 TBSP Flax seed
  • 10 macadamia Nuts
  • 2 dates
  • Optional: 1/2 cup yogurt or coconut milk/cream
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
