Gluten free Spice Waffles

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup Gluten free flour blend (pamalas)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon



  • 4 dates
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup coconut milk or plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup apple sauce
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • water if needed



  1. Heat waffle iron to VERY HOT
  2. Combine all dry ingredients and mix
  3. Combine all wet ingredientsIMG_5698
  4. Blend all ingredients in vit mix or blender until smooth- add water if needed
  5. Allow ingredients to thicken for 5 min
  6. Spray iron with coconut oil spray or spread on with brush- Coat well!
  7. Pour batter in and allow 5 min or more to cook
  8. Remove from iron and enjoy

Top; with:

  • Yogurt
  • Honey
  • Maple syrup
  • Peanut butter
  • Almond butter
  • Mint leaves
  • Fig sauce (5 chopped figs, pinch of salt, 2 TBSP honey- heat over stove)
  • Granola
  • Fresh fruit
  • Apple sauce
  • Chopped nuts

Chocolate Wellness Green Smoothie


This delectable breakfast smoothie is sure to boost your mood, give you brain power and drive your energy levels up up up!
Chocolate is excellent for increasing happy brain chemicals, while walnut’s healthy Omega 3 fats feed the brain and keep it sharp! Don’t forget about the greens. Chocolate Walnut Wellness Green Smoothie

-Serves 3


2 large handfuls greens (butter lettuce) 6-8 cups

1 cup water or plain almond milk

1 cup strawberries

2 bananas

2 TBSP raw cacao

2 TBSP chia seed

1 TBSP lucuma

2 TBSP chocolate protein

6 ice cubes

  •  Optional boosts:

Omega 3’s : 1 TBSP flax seed

Creaminess: 1/3 tsp xanthium gum

Probiotics: 4 Kefir cubes

Blood sugar regulation: 1 tsp cinnamon

Sweetness: 6 drops vanilla cinnamon

Banana Hemp Mylk

This creamy cool drink is awesome straight up plain and or adds a super boost to your smoothies or other recipes! Drink a cup of health!


1 ripe banana

2 TBSP hemp seeds

1 TBSP coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

2 dates pinch salt

4-5 cups water


Blend all ingredients with 2 cups of water till smooth.

Add rest of water.

Refrigerate 4-5 days.
